We are registered and comply with regulatory body requirements including the ATO, ASIC and IPA for peace of mind. An addition, we are also registered with the State Revenue Office (SRO) to create and register various trust types and deeds.
The IPA has a passion for small business. More than 75 per cent of members are either servicing small business or are small businesses.
The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) is a national body responsible for the registration and regulation of tax agents, BAS agents and tax (financial) advisers . The TPB is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA).
The Australian Securities & Investments Commission is great starting point for a new business as they provide step by step instructions to register your business. ASIC providies additional serivces including finding unclaimed money in lost bank accounts, company registrations and so on.
